3.對(duì)投標(biāo)人的資質(zhì)要求

Qualification Requirements to Bidders

1)投標(biāo)人具有有效的營業(yè)執(zhí)照（境內(nèi)投標(biāo)人）/企業(yè)經(jīng)營許可證明文件（境外投標(biāo)人），需提供相應(yīng)證明復(fù)印件；

3）自(略)年7月1日至投標(biāo)文件遞交截止時(shí)間前7日（以合同簽訂時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)），投標(biāo)人所投高壓浮筒液位計(jì)在中國境內(nèi)同時(shí)具有渣油加氫（或渣油加氫裂化）裝置供貨業(yè)績（至少含1臺(tái)壓力等級(jí)不低于CL(略)）和柴油加氫（或柴油加氫裂化）裝置供貨業(yè)績（至少含1臺(tái)壓力等級(jí)不低于CL(略)）。

Since July 1,(略) to 7 days before the deadline (subject to the contract signing time), the bidder of high pressure float level meter in China with the performance of slag hydrogenation (or slag cracking) unit (at least one pressure grade not less than CL(略)) and diesel hydrogenation (or diesel cracking) unit supply performance (including at least one pressure grade not less than CL(略)).
